Client: A 3D Streaming Platform 

In early 2021, I was hired in a Fractional Head of Growth role to build and execute a Demand Generation strategy for an emerging SaaS brand in the 3D Streaming space.

I developed and implemented a holistic digital marketing strategy for the brand, building out their buyer journey across paid and organic channels. Through a refreshed paid media approach integrated with content marketing, we were able to build traction in North America, then scaling to key European markets with great success. 

Moreover, working alongside the Director, RevOps I helped connect marketing’s impact to the sales pipeline in Salesforce, building out revenue focused reporting dashboard in Google Data Studio. These key reports enabled the marketing team to successfully translate their efforts to language that engaged leadership on their success.

CLIENT: An Online Education Platform

Being dissatisfied with their previous marketing agency, a leading medical education platform was looking for a fresh approach to their performance marketing program, in an effort to increase their return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive revenue growth.

I audited and optimized Google and Bing campaigns for more than 160 products, finding opportunities to reduce wasted ad spend and maximize returns through A/B testing. In addition, layering on new campaigns in YouTube to help them leverage short form video for added reach and engagement with their niche audiences.

Client: An eCommerce Brand

In 2019, I joined the founding team of a New York based luxury basics brand acting in a Fractional Head of Growth role. While the client had already established their wholesale network, our challenge was to drive eCommerce growth and build their brand online.

Over the next 18 months, I launched a paid media program across the US, UK and Canada that improved profitability with both new audiences and loyal fans. I increased customer lifetime value through email and marketing automation. I also established a network of engaged micro-influencers that helped build excitement with new audiences and boosted brand recognition.
